Voting for the second phase of Bihar Panchayat elections has started from 7 am today. Voters can exercise their franchise till 5 pm. In the second phase, votes are being cast in 48 blocks of 34 districts.
बिहार पंचायत चुनाव के दूसरे चरण के लिए आज सुबह 7 बजे से मतदान शुरू हो गया है। मतदाता शाम के पांच बजे तक अपने मताधिकार का प्रयोग कर सकते हैं। दूसरे चरण में 34 जिलों के 48 प्रखंडों में वोट डाले जा रहे हैं
